Shipping

Please note that due to Covid- 19, I will only be shipping out orders once per week. This may extend my usual estimated shipping time.

All artwork is shipped in a clear plastic sleeve and placed between recycled cardboard pieces to protect from any water damage or bending in transit. Orders with multiple pieces of artwork will default to being packaged in one protective sleeve to help reduce plastic use. Please make a note during purchase if you would like a plastic sleeve for each individual artwork.

Returns/ Refunds

Due to the nature of being an independent illustrator, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds. I cannot be held responsible for any damages products may obtain in transit. Please be aware of any damages noted in a products description before purchasing.

If there is an issue with your order, such as missing products, or if you do not receive your order please contact me as soon as possible at alexandriazserrano@gmail.com. I will get back to you as soon as I can to resolve any issues with your order.
